This fantastic programme is for all you ladies who want to get back into the sport, those who want to give it a go, those who don’t have a clue about tennis but want to start getting fit.
3 sessions to choose from –
Tuesday 7pm – 8pm (fun coaching session)
Thursday 7pm – 8pm (fun coaching session)
Saturday 10.30am – 12pm (cardio tennis and coffee)
It will run for 5-6 weeks
