The National Training Centre at Dublin City University hosted a Tennis Tens Blitz on 1st December. Three of Enniskillen Tennis Club's junior members travelled down to attend it. All three were playing in the Under 8 category. This age group play on a much smaller court with modified tennis balls and size appropriate racquets. There was more Tennis Tens action at Enniskillen Lawn Tennis Club near the end of December. There were 15 young participants. Two had travelled from Belfast, seven travelled from Butt Hall Tennis Club in Donegal and six were our Enniskillen players...for more.
Sarah Cousins qualified for a European U14 Junior tournament in Dublin in August becoming the first ever player from Fermanagh to achieve this distinction. Sarah obtained her first European ranking points on winning her first round...for more.

Very successful tennis camps at Easter and all through the summer helped encourage many youngsters to avail of our Friday club nights.Junior club nights are now as popular as they've ever been, with a hundred juniors appearing on each individual club night.
