The fast moving, fun, music-filled workout is back!
If you haven’t tried it before, you have seriously missed out.
You get to hit hundreds of tennis balls in drills and games designed to keep you moving.
Cardio tennis is great for getting a good work-out in a fun environment. The emphasis is on getting your heart rate up and keeping it in your optimal zone. To help, we provide heart monitors which will tell you what your heart rate has been, how long you were in the zone and how many calories you have burned!
Anyone can do this. It doesn't matter what your tennis ability is or how fit you are because you work at your own pace. Everyone who has tried it, loves it.
The classes will be as follows -

Tuesday | 7:30pm-8:30pm |
Friday | 10am-11am |
Friday | 8pm-9pm (men only) |
Saturday | 1:15pm-2:15pm |
We need a min of 6 people (max 10) to run a class so the sooner you sign up, the sooner we get started!
We are going to run the classes in short bursts of 2 weeks at a time at £10 for both weeks.
