The Team Leagues are enjoyable events and are open to all adult club members. While preference will be given to adult members entry is also open to Junior members aged 16 or over at the start of the league. Play takes place on Monday and Wednesday, with two matches being played each evening, Mixed Doubles and Doubles. The Spring League starts at the end of January and finishes in late March.
This is a TEAM event. The other members of your team will be depending upon YOU to play in the matches. It will be YOUR responsibility to make yourself aware of the match dates and times AND to arrange a substitute to take your place if you are unable to play for any reason.
If you are unable to commit to the schedule but would like to add your name as a substitute please indicate on the form. No fee is required to be a substitute and it is the substitute’s option each time they are asked to play to accept or decline. Substitutes are important to the running of the league so please put your name down if not playing the full league.
The leagues rely on the input from Team Captains and organisers to run smoothly. Please indicate whether you would be prepared to act as a Team Captain now or in the future.
